Steve Stewart, a qualified master brewer with the Institute of Brewing who, after 10 years working in the brewing industry worldwide, returned home to Edinburgh to launch his own brewery in 2004. The company specialises in the production of high quality international beer styles and premium cask ales made from natural ingredients.
