Cider

A fresh crisp beverage made from pressed and fermented apples. Cider is usually golden, clean and bubbly and differentiated in appearance from lagers by the absence of a head; however there are also cloudy ciders. Cider in the UK is typically dry tasting but there is an alternative sweet style beginning to emerge.
