Independent description...
The beer poured well, a dark copper colour with a thick white head. This displayed excellent retention, lasting the duration of the pint and laced the glass with rings from start to finish. The best looking nitro beer I have ever seen. The nose was dominated by bitter hops with a slight hint of fruitiness, too mild to identify which fruits though. The initial taste is dominated by fruitiness and hops, this slight bitterness then turns into an after taste of earthy malts with a slight note of almonds and caramel. A good mouth feel ensures that you remember you are drinking a beer. This is one of the better nitro pints I have had.
